How long does it take to process my order?
We usually process orders in 24-48 hours. You will never be back ordered, we have all items on our website in stock at all times and do our best to get your order shipped the same or next day it is received.
How will my order ship?
We use US Postal service. Most orders take 2-4 days in transit.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Carlsbad, California which is in the San Diego area.
Can I get overnight or rush service?
Yes, please call us to place your order and to get rush shipping price quotes.
Do you offer volume discounts?
We offer a 15% discount for orders of 10 items or more. The shopping cart will calculate your discount at check out.

How do I determine what size is right for me?
Measure your wrist and go with the size that is closest. The wristbands are silicone and will stretch over your hand. Bands can fit snug or loose, whichever is most comfortable for you.
Can I wear more than one at a time?
Yes, many people do!
Are the wristbands waterproof?
Yes, they are and can be worn in the shower or while participating in watersports.
Do you offer a warranty?
Our bands are 100% guaranteed against breakage or damage.
