MOJO WRISTBAND WARRANTY POLICY

 

MOJO Wristbands come with a guarantee against breakage. This warranty covers products
purchased on this website and/or purchases made from authorized MOJO dealers only.
You must return damaged merchandise for replacement.

Terms and Conditions:

• MOJO is not responsible for lost/damaged items by mail or alternate shipping method. It is the customer’s obligation to obtain a tracking number. Please note: UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.
• Customer bears the shipping cost for returning product and replacement product.
• MOJO
warranty form (below) must accompany all returns.
• Once return is received by MOJO we will issue you a store credit less 10% processing fee. You will receive an email from us 2-4 days from receipt with your credit to use at www.mojofuturetech.com.
• Store credit will be issued for original purchase price; you will be charged $5.95 for shipping & handling.

***Discounts or coupon codes cannot be used for shipping on returns or exchanges***

Procedure for Returns:

Step 1: Go to www.mojofuturetech.com
Step 2: Go to “sign in” at the top left of the home page
Step 3: Sign in to your account or create an account
Step 4:
Print & complete MOJO Warranty Form
Step 5: Send us the form and the damaged product
Step 6: When we receive your return we will send you a confirmation e-mail notifying you that your account has been credited for purchase price.
Step 7: Shop!

EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept exchanges for purchases made from our website only. Shipping charges of $5.95 per band will apply.
